     MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.

     At our MOPS group you will have a chance to socialize and have discussions with other moms, hear awesome speakers, and participate in crafts/creative activities.

     Teen MOPS is for Moms in their teens and early 20s.  Scholarships are available for  TEEN MOPS and childcare and a meal are provided.   For more information, find us on FaceBook at AirlineBaptist TeenMOPS! 

MOPS  MEETING TIMES:

Where: Airline Baptist Church

When: Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month
         (we follow the Bossier Parish School calendar)

Time: 9:00 am – 11:30 am

Place: Damon Vaughn Center

MOPS AT NIGHT

1st Thurday of each month - 5:45pm - 7:30 pm

TEEN MOPS MEETING TIMES:

1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month - 5:30pm - 7:30pm

At this time, our MOPS program is at capacity for free childcare.  If you are a Mom of Preschoolers who is able to make alternate arrangements for childcare, please come and join us!  If you require childcare for the meetings and prefer to be added to the waiting list, please contact mops@airlinebaptist.com with your contact information. 

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:

     MOPS provides quality mothering resources. As part of your MOPS International Membership, you will receive a one-year subscription to MomSense Magazine, weekly Mom-E-Mail messages and other great benefits.

     Dues for the fall semester are $50 per person which include $20 for MOPS International & $30 for Airline Baptist Church MOPS group to cover expenses for supplies, speakers, childcare, etc. Dues for the spring semester are $30. Please don’t let money stop you from coming – we also offer scholarships!

CHILD CARE

     During our MOPS meetings, your children will be cared for in a program called MOPPETS, where they experience love in a preschool-like setting.
